HOW TO USE IT

We use only the highest quality beef suet that surrounds the kidneys. The cattle are raised on regenerative family-owned ranches in Montana. The rendering process is an innovative combination of wet and dry rendering that has been developed in conjunction with Montana State University. The tallow is first wet rendered to remove excess protein, which allows for a purer tallow with a lasting shelf life. It is then slowly dry rendered to remove any excess moisture and to retain nutrients and fatty acids.
